Jesus Christ and the event of Golgotha
The event of Golgotha In the Israelite people, the Christ, the Sun Being, appeared in the line of heredity prepared for this through long times and in the specially prepared human form. Through the incorporation of the Christ into a human body, into the development of the earth, all mystery wisdom had to be transformed. Up to now it was up to the Mystery Pupils to bring themselves into soul states in order to be able to see the kingdom of the Sun Spirit, apart from the earthly development. "Now the Mystery-Wisdom Students were given the task to make man capable of recognizing the incarnate Christ and to understand the natural and the spiritual world from this center of all wisdom". (B007, P.292). In order to prepare an incarnation of Christ, lines of heredity had to develop in the people chosen for this purpose, capable of providing physical bodies in which such a being could live, even if only for a few years, among the people in the sensual-physical world. This prepared itself not in one but in two lines, up to the birth and the growing up of two Jesus boys. In the first of the two lines, in the nathan line, a soul1 that had been saved from the entanglement with the earthly, still untouched by the Luciferian temptation, incarnated for the first time on earth in the Boy Jesus described in the Gospel of Luke. Born in a poor hat in Bethlehem. The birth of Jesus, Christmas (B115, 24.12.12) "Christmas is the night of love and peace "...towards all other forces and powers and goods of the world the good and the power and the might of love, the greatest is the most intense, the most effective", (B115, p. 216). In the second of the two lines (Solomon's line) the being incarnated, the re-embodiment of Zarathustra, who had risen the highest in her earthly experience, in her wisdom as a human soul (see the Gospel of Matthew, the Solomon Jesus Boy). This Jesus boy died at the age of 12, at that moment the Zarathustra I and his astral body passed into Nathan-Jesus (time of Jesus' disappearance and reappearance in the temple with the scribes). From then on, in this Jesus boy, in the etheric body prepared by the soul that had never been in contact with the Luciferian temptation, lived the ego and the I and the astral body of Zoroaster. At the age of 12 to 18 years a person grew up like this, of whom the environment had a high enormous opinion at first. They saw in him a coming great scribe. But he became more and more silent and thus highly unsympathetic to his hopefully demanding environment. "But he fought within himself, fought an enormous battle", (B054, 5.10.1913). He experienced that the great revealing voice of Yahweh (the Bath-Kol) no longer spoke, that much of what the scribes had to say had already fallen into error. That humanity in its decay had sunk so far into the physical world under Luciferian and Ahrimanic influences that it could no longer perceive spiritual revelations of this kind. This experience left a deep despair about the state of mankind in the Jesus. At the age of 18 to 24, the Jesus wandered as a craftsman in areas outside Israel. Where people still lived with the ancient sacred teachings that were left to them. At a place of worship, he was urged by the people living in suffering and sickness to perform a ritual act at the place abandoned by the priests. But he experienced how long ago the higher spiritual beings had withdrawn from this sacrificial service, how only demonic beings were still present at the sacrificial services. He watched this horrible event. How in the places of worship no longer gods but Luciferian and Ahrimanic beings were brought in. For Jesus this was a second deep shock of the soul, as he had to realize that mankind also lost this way to stay in contact with the outer spiritual world. Imagine the sensation: "Mankind must thirst for new things, for it will become miserable in its souls if nothing new comes. During these events he fell as if unconscious and had the vision of a kind of macrocosmic Our Father: "For the evil is upon him... Witnesses of dissolving egos self-inflicted guilt caused by others experienced in daily bread who has departed from your realm you gods in the heavens." (B054, 4.11.1913) At the age of 24 to 30, Jesus came in contact with the Order of the Eaters. This order, founded by Jeshue de Pandira (B054, 5.10.1913), developed such a religious life that its members underwent a path of training that largely freed them from Luciferian and Ahriman influences. This had the price that the Ahriman and Lucifer demons fled the eaters and fell upon other people. Jesus of Nazareth experienced deep in his soul how, through the secret knowledge of the Order of Eaters, its members could free themselves from the Luciferian temptation, from the Ahrimanic entanglements, but that only a few people could go this way, that many people could not go it and these few bought their purification with the deeper fall of other people. Thus Jesus of Nazareth lived through the hardship and suffering of mankind until his baptism in the Jordan. During this time there were conversations with his foster mother (the mother of Jesus), a kind of understanding of feelings developed between them. Thus, shortly before the baptism in the Jordan, a conversation took place between them, a conversation of cosmic significance (B054, 23.11.1913). In the Jesus of Nazareth, filled with the soul and ego of Zarathustra, his experiences rose up. How impossible it had become for the Israeli people to hear the great revealing voice of Yahweh. How even if it could still be heard, even if no one could understand it. Those who could understand it were missing. Just as he no longer found the pagan gods in the pagan cults, but only the working demons. How he had to experience in the Order of the Eater: people can free themselves from the effects of Lucifer and Ahriman through a path of training. How Lucifer and Ahriman fled the Essaries, to other people. How the eaters attained their ascension by thus handing over, pushing down the other people to the adversaries. It was before the Jesus of Nazarath, the impossibility of humanity to develop further in the future. All impulses and forces of the past seemed to be extinguished. To no longer be able to help this infinite suffering, the highest human individuality, the Zarathustra this suffering changed into love and flowed as suffering and love to his foster mother. The mother Jesus. "Jesus of Nazareth could only speak words, but a part of his soul lay in these words" (B054, p.239). A part of his soul seemed to go from Jesus to the Mother of Jesus. It expressed his experience, humanity had to wither away, to pass away when nothing new entered into human development. With these words the Zarathustra I came out of the Jesus body. What remained were the three sheaths of Jesus as they were before the entry of the Zarathustra I in his 12th year, now transformed and prepared by the experiences and works of Zarathustra. Following an impulse he was drawn to John the Baptist at the Jordan. On his way he met, among others, two eaters, he did not recognize them, she recognized him, he only saw their deep fall and said: "Vain is your aspiration; because empty is your heart, which you have filled with the spirit that deceives pride into the shells of humility" (B054, notebook entries). Thus this human being, in his thirtieth year of life, especially prepared for this event, went to the Jordan. John the Baptist received him with the words: "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world", Jn 1:29-34. The Christ entered into this prepared body of Jesus in the world moment when John the Baptist2 performed the baptisms in the Jordan with water on him, in the year 30 AD. The moment the astral body of Jesus Christ, "... had within it all that can be covered by the Luciferian impact, the appearance as a teacher of humanity began. (B007, P.292). It was now planted in the human earth development, "...to receive the wisdom through which, little by little, the physical earth goal can be attained." (B007, p.292). (B054). In this special initiation the Word of the World, the Son of God, could now walk and work on earth as a supersensible fact. "After John's baptism, the cosmic-spiritual powers remained effective in the Christ Jesus alone, without any influence by the laws of earth development. (B073, P. 73-76). In the Christ the whole cosmos spoke out so continuously, so all his deeds and healings could also be read in the stars. "What flows into the earthly existence of another person at birth, flows into the Christ Jesus at every moment." (B073, P.80). The Christ-being could only embody itself in the more than three years of its connection with the Jesus, little by little. In the beginning the connection was only loose and became closer and closer. The Christ-being had to push itself more and more into the narrow body of a person. The physical body cannot suffer, real suffering is suffering of the spirit. God experiences the highest never before experienced suffering, man became in Jesus. This joining together, contracting was infinite suffering. After baptism, the Christ went into the desert to fast and pray for 40 days and 40 nights. The Sun Spirit of the Christ could thus make the human astral body fully active, purifying it completely from the Luciferian temptation. Then the adversaries approached him and tried him. Lucifer approached him first and called forth all the pride that man can develop. "Then the devil (Lucifer) led him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the earth in a single moment. And he said to him: All the power and glory of these kingdoms I will give you", (Lk., 4, 1-13) The Jesus Christ overcame this first temptation. Together, Ahriman and Lucifer approached him in the second temptation, in order to let fear and dread arise in him. "If you are the Son of God, cast thyself down from here". He also overcame this temptation and answered, "Thou shalt not put the Lord thy God to the test." Then Ahriman appeared alone as a tempter, after 40 days in the desert in which Jesus-Christ had not eaten anything, and said: "If you are the Son of God, command that these stones be made into bread", (Mt. 4:1-11). Jesus-Christ could not fully answer this question "Man does not live by bread alone", he replied. On earth, man needs food. Man should not live for bread and money alone. The way of man leads back to the spiritual, through prayer, internalization, rituals, spiritual science, from which he will be able to feed himself more and more. But there remained an unresolved residue of this third temptation. The rest that reappeared with the betrayal of Judas Iscariot. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus Christ spoke out what kind of development of the people can now take place through the ego power, in order to go through such an ascent back into the spiritual world. Such people will enter the spiritual world who have absorbed in themselves the desire for the spiritual worlds (work on the physical body), Blessed will be those who receive the Christ impulse within themselves, work with it to refine their impulses and passions, go through all the suffering that comes together with the steaming of passion to become equanimous (work on the etheric and astral bodies), Blessed are those who develop a conscience that sees their deeds not only in a physical but also in a spiritual context (work on the sentient soul), Blessed are those who feel themselves as I and through what lives in their soul also feel the others as I, so that what goes from one person to another person is the same (work on the mind and soul), blessed are those people who have developed their ego (the heart is the expression of the ego, the divine in man) so purely that it can absorb the God within itself (work on the consciousness soul), looking at the future human development, when man, through the help of Christ, has developed his spirit to such an extent that he can bring it down into his earthly being (work on the spiritual self), Blessed will be the people who stand by what on earth is more and more contested and persecuted (work on the spirit of life), and blessed will be those who follow Christ in his mission (work on the spiritual man). (B078, 20.2.1910 and 15.3.1910) "Blessed are the beggars for spirit, in themselves they find the kingdom of heaven, Blessed are those who bear the suffering of the earth, they find the comfort of the spirit within themselves. Blessed are those who educate their souls to equanimity, in their own ego they receive the meaning of the earth. Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for the Being of good, their own doing will satisfy their hunger. Blessed are those who practise love, for love is given to them in turn. Blessed are the louder in heart, for they will see God in it. Blessed are those who bring peace to the world, for they will thereby become the sons of God. Blessed are those who suffer persecution because they serve the higher life; the kingdom of heaven is in them. Blessed are you when you are scoffed at and persecuted and words of hatred and deceit are hurled against you, because I live in you. Rejoice and be glad; in the heavens the full compensation of your fate is prepared for you", (B082, Mt 5:1-12). The Jesus Christ has now transformed what was experienced by Jesus of Nazareth before the Baptism in the Jordan, before the descent of the Christ on earth, this hopelessness and hopelessness of the deep fall of humanity into a now hopeful path that points the way up to the spiritual world, to the Fathers in heaven, into a meditation of great strength, into the Our Father: "Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name, Your kingdom come to us, Thy will be done as it is in the heavens above, so also on earth. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." (B082, Mt. 6, 9-13) The Christ has entered into a human body and walked the earth. Through the Christ-deed, man has been given a way to purify the astral body from the Luciferian temptations. For this, he must let the Christ-power flow into himself. However, he can only let this flow into him voluntarily, because the Christ is a God who has the development of the human ego to freedom as his goal. And man can only decide freely if he has recognized the Christ as the great Sun Spirit beforehand (B076, p. 172). And this world-historically important moment happened in the greatest monologue that ever took place in the history of mankind (B081, 20.9.1912). What is then also expressed in the conversation of Christ with the apostles. (Mk. 8, 27-33): ... he asked ... "What do people say about me, who I am"... They said: Elijah, Baptist... ... And he asked them, "But you, what do you people say about me?" ... Peter: You are the Christ... In a moment of reflection on the history of the world, the Christ sees how, from the whole of human development, the public presentation of the sacred mystery of initiation, the speaking of the laws of death and resurrection is forbidden. And he decided not to be guided by men, but by the gods. Thus came his decision to reveal the mysteries (B081, p.127). In the Lazarus miracle, the publicly visible death of Lazarus, his three days lying in the grave and his resurrection through Jesus Christ, the mysteries of the initiation are visibly placed before the world. The Jesus Christ said to his disciples: "This sickness is not for death, but it serves the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be honoured through it". Lazarus fell ill and lay in his grave like death. This outwardly visible illness did not lead to the death of Lazarus, but to his higher development, to his initiation into the mysteries of Christ and his connection with the development of the world. „... Only in this way the most secret relations of the Christ to the world development could be revealed, that the writer of the gospel of John was initiated by the Lord himself." (B139, P.240). At the turn of the times the Christ Jesus performed an initiation on Lazarus as it had been done up to that time in the secret mystery places. In all previous times the etheric body and the astral body were lifted out of the physical body of the initiate. So on the one hand the astral body could push itself off into the etheric body (B138, p.291) and the etheric body received the enlightenment from the moon forces over it. "Yahweh powers were the ones who received it." (B140, P.409). The initiates of ancient times were thus initiates and leaders of their people, the group soul of the people went into them. This was the old initiation it could also only be performed on the people of the Abel-Seth (B103, 22.5./29.5.1905) current. The new initiation, brought by Christ Jesus, was now carried out for the first time on a person of the Cain current, the reborn Hiram Abiff. He was now no longer initiated by the powers of the moon, but by the power of the sun, by the power of Christ. "This power of all mankind should initiate Lazarus." (B140, P. 409). It is no longer the people, but every single person who should have value from now on. "... the individual incarnation should be consecrated to the pursuit of sanctification, spiritualization, whatever name the person may have. This is the deepest idea of Christianity. (B140, P. 410). So Lazarus lay in a death-like sleep, a consecration sleep. The people around him thought he was dead. But his spiritual teacher, the Jesus Christ awakened him from this initiatory sleep with the words "Lazarus come out." After three and a half days of initiation came "... the raising of Lazarus on the fourth day." (B139, P.240). Thus, at the turning point in the development of humanity, Jesus Christ carried out an old initiation, which was transformed into a new one, publicly. An initiate initiated with the Christ powers. „... Thus, the Christ Jesus in Lazarus creates the first who knows from his own inner observation who the Christ Jesus actually is." (B125, 14.11.1908). Before this event the beheading of John the Baptist (B141, 28.9.1924) had happened. This individuality of Elijah now permeated the entities of Lazarus in this initiation. Thus a man was created whose physical body, etheric body, astral body and ego came from Lazarus and whose second ego and the higher limbs (e.g. spiritual self) came from Elijah/John the Baptist. A person in whom two people with their ego became one person, united by Jesus Christ. Lazarus as a member of the Cain stream and John the Baptist as a member of the Abel/Seth stream, now united (see last speech). This was now a disciple of the Lord, the writer of John's gospel. "This disciple, whom the Lord loved, he dedicated, and the raising of Lazarus signifies that dedication." (B100, P.59). This name "the disciple whom the Lord loved" is always given to the Master's closest disciple. With the event of Golgotha was the moment in the development of mankind that inoculated the plant into mankind, whereby the influence of the Ahriman can be turned to good. Man can now take the fruits of life with him through death, so that he does not have to fall victim to the Ahriman-induced loneliness in life between death and new birth. After Jesus Christ had passed through death on the cross, he appeared in the world which the Greeks called the kingdom of shadows, which was thereby "... "who showed his essence that light should once again shine in it." (B054). The Christ, in the more than three years of his life in a physical-sensual human body, completely transformed it. Thus, the Son of Man stood immediately before the mystery of Golgotha in his purest form, as he would have been without the Luciferian and Arhimanic influence, since this was ennobled and spiritualized by the Christ. There is nothing in the whole wide area, nothing in existence or greatness, that can be compared with what is before us in the Son of Man (B081, p.194). Before his sacrificial journey, Jesus Christ had the experience of transfiguration: all the sins of mankind, all his future sufferings, were presented to him by his adversaries. How few people will endure as true Christians. The Jesus Christ experiences all his sufferings, all hopelessness, all human mistakes, until the end of all times before. An almost unbearable experience even for God. The failure of mankind, his immeasurable future sufferings stood before the Christ who made his choice for us humans. In the death on the cross something happens, like an attempt of the physical-sensual of the earth to murder that which shows itself as spirit in him. The soul of the world at the crossroads. The mystery of Golgotha took place on April 3, 33 A.D. at 3.00 o'clock in the afternoon (B115, 7.5.1912). A God became man and his descent into a human body, his death on the cross was the greatest suffering of a being in the development of mankind. As the fourth member of his being, the I on earth had been incorporated into man as a germ. In Lemuria the Hierarchy of Elohim have given man a seed of the I. This germ developed and man could develop to the level of the mind and soul. However, he was not yet able to form his own truthful ideas (consciousness soul) out of himself (his ego) that were appropriate to the world. The Christ Jesus lived this out for mankind. He went through death into the kingdom of Ahriman and from there, with his own self-confidence, he went back into the spiritual world. The I was born, it was the moment of the human I-birth. Jesus died on the cross and after three days the Christ came back and condensed his etheric body so that it was visible to the disciples. Paul: "But if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is null and void, but your faith is also null and void", (B022, 10.10.1911). Paul developed a new decisive view of the resurrection. Paul was actually the starting point for Christianization. But what Paul points to is a wonderful and easy to understand concept of the essence of Christ: Paul distinguishes between the first and the second Adam: the first Adam he calls the progenitor of men on earth, our physical body with which we are "clothed", the outer Maya, the corruptible body, the body that decays to death, through which we all descend from the first Adam. Paul considers the second Adam, the Christ, to be the incorruptible, the immortal body. Through Christian development, man should gradually be able to replace the first Adam with the second. "By placing myself in the right relationship with the Christ, I receive from Christ - the second Adam - an imperishable body", (B022, pp. 142-146). Before the mystery of Golgotha, the decay of the physical body reached its climax, so for the entire development of humanity there was the danger of losing the consciousness of self, the real achievement of the development of the earth. Just as the decaying bodies descended from Adam, so the spiritual bodies, the phantom for all people, descended from the resurrection body of Christ. It is possible to establish that relationship with the Christ through which the phantom is inserted into the otherwise decaying physical body. As man inherits the corruptible body, he can inherit what the bearer of power is, who has risen from the grave (B022, 10.10.1911).
